    Return Policy and Order Issues
    At Unique Decor Online, we want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. Nevertheless, rest assured that products can be returned for any reason, with the exception of the items noted in the custom painted and personalized section below. If you have a problem with your order, please email us with all of the order information and what the problem may be. We will be happy to address. We like to have complaints on record.

    If you need to return merchandise, please notify us via the contact form within 5 days of receiving your order, for authorization # and return instruction. We will accept authorized returns on non-customized items within 20 days, as long as the product is unused and in the original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the order was improperly filled.

    Custom Painted and Personalized Orders
    Please note that some of the products we offer are made to order and require special paint customization or personalization. These items are not covered under our return policy and therefore cannot be returned or canceled, unless item was damaged during shipping. In the event that a product gets damaged, notify us immediately and we will handle all of the details of getting the item returned, providing you a hassle free experience. If any damage is noticeable upon delivery, please make the carrier aware immediately.

    The following are custom painted and or personalized and exempt from cancellation or returns: Metal Wall Art (where color selection is required,) Hand Painted Mailboxes, Painted Wastebaskets, and Hand Painted Glassware. These custom ordered pieces cannot be returned (unless order was improperly filled) and therefore are not included in our return policy.

    Delivery Time
    Orders typically ship within 1 week on the following items: black wrought iron accessories, barnwood framed prints, rustic accents, lighting, and most clocks. Please note that some products may take longer due to the custom work required by the artists creating them. On custom painted and handcrafted items, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

    All items ship directly from the artist that creates them. Due to the time constraints involved in their schedules, we aren't always provided a tracking number at time of shipment, however we are always available to update you on your order status.

    Shipping
    Unique Decor Online uses mainly UPS and Fedex ground for shipment within the United States. Click here for current shipping rates. Our shipping charges are determined by cart total and final charges will be calculated at time of checkout based on amount of final sale. If you need something sent 2nd day or overnight upon completion of order, please contact us at 800-262-9173. In most cases, we can do that too. Additional shipping charges will apply.
